All Ace wanted was a normal life. He expected to inherit one of his parents’ Elemental powers of Fire or Ice. No one was sure where the Elements came from, other than rumours and bedtime stories. Light, Water, Dark, Fire, Earth, and Air were the Elements granted to the ancestors many years ago, or at least that’s how it went.

For the planet Trangia, there were only Fire and Ice. Trangians weren’t too sure where the Ice Element came from, but they couldn’t care either. Though most figured it somehow branched from Water. Ace assumed he would be one of those types of Elementalists. Turns out, he wasn’t either. He was Lightning Elementalist. Lightning was an almost dead Element rumoured to have branched from Light.

Ace learned of a battle. All Lightning Elementalists, Ace’s true family, were fighting against those of the Dark Element. It was a war that no Trangian knew. Little did Ace know he would become a target in the war he was never part of.
